# Privacy Policy for StorePal
Last Updated: April 17, 2026

## 1. Our Privacy Philosophy
StorePal is a utility for managing shopping lists. We believe your shopping habits are your business, not ours. The app is built to function without ever collecting, storing, or selling your personal data.

## 2. No Developer Data Collection
We do not collect any personal information or usage data.

**No Accounts:** You do not need to create an account or provide an email address to use the app.

**No Analytics:** We do not use third-party tracking or analytics SDKs to monitor your behavior.

**No Data Access:** We (the developer) have no access to your shopping lists, your location, or your device identifiers.

## 3. iCloud Sync & Sharing
StorePal uses Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to keep your lists in sync across your devices and to facilitate sharing with others.

**How Sharing Works:** When you share a list, the data is transmitted via Apple's secure infrastructure.

**User Control:** You decide who to invite to a list and you can revoke access at any time.

**Encryption:** Data stored in iCloud is encrypted by Apple. We do not have the keys to decrypt your data, and we cannot see the content of your lists or the identities of the people you share them with.

**Privacy by Design:** Because we use iCloud, your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

## 4. No Third-Party Disclosure
Since we do not collect your data, we have nothing to sell, trade, or disclose to third-party marketers or data brokers.
